I’ve made this several times, always delicious! Since we have been non-dairy, I made it without sour cream and the gravy was still great

Flavor is great. I sprinkled chops with garlic powder as well as s&p and only used 1 onion. They were a bit dry but probably my fault since they released for 10 minutes not 5. Gravy very thin but tasty. I will add more thickener next time.

I added some garlic and the flavor was great. My chops were a littlle dry so would cook them for 6 minutes next time.
