    I would make it again! My kids even liked it! Came out a little too brothy so I’d add some more thickener next time.

    Easy one-pot meal! I made sure to really scrape the bottom of my instant pot insert after cooking the bacon to make sure I wouldn’t get a burn notice. My chowder didnt seem to get as thick as it looks in the pictures, so I added a little bit extra flour. Overall an easy, straightforward recipe. Will make again 😊

    So good! Super easy to make. I added chives and garlic powder to the heavy cream-flour mix. My whole family loved this soup. It was perfect for a cold south Texas winter dinner.

    This turned out really well! I felt my red potatoes were a little small so ended up adding a few more than called for. Also wish i would have cooked with a bit more salt! It says salt to taste but think you could add a tablespoon and salt to taste when serving.
