Pretty basic. We turned the leftover juice to gravy on the stove and added it all to orzo when done. Will get me through the work week, but it's your standard sear, pressure cook, rest and serve meal.

Have made several times and love that the rub consists of ingredients I always have on hand!

insta pot makes it very tender. ive added thyme in the dry mix. also added General Tsao in the sauce. Also pressure on low since it didn't state the pressure and for 10 minutes

Super quick and easy to make and turned out great! I used half the amount of pepper. My husband and daughter loved it, I will make this again.

I’d put more of the rub on to get more flavor next time but it was tasty and tender

Had everything except liquid smoke so I substituted cavender’s spice. I cut each chop in half so they were about 1/2 inch width and browned as directed. Threw in some small quarter cut potato chunks on top for a side, set to pressure cook for 10 minutes, and let it go. Released pressure and removed when screen said L0:28. The chops were melt-in-your-mouth delicious! 🤤 Thank you!

Very tasty. However mine did not look nearly as browned as the picture. I will try to leave them on the ‘sauté’ setting for a bit longer next time

Really Really Good. I doubled everything for 4, 1/2” chops cooked for 7 min. Natural release for 10 min. Fall off the bone chops. Will make again.

Sooo good. I made 4 fairly thin chops and increased the amounts of the other ingredients. I did add some garlic powder and some chipotle garlic seasoning I have. My son ate 3!

Could have more flavor. Might not have used enough of the sugar- I eye balled everything

Alright
I might make it again. Used sesame oil instead of liquid smoke. Meh.

They were great! So tender, and everyone loved the brown sugar rub. Will definitely have again.

Insanely good!!! Pork chops were so incredibly tender and packed with flavor. I made 6 chops, tripling the ingredient amounts and it came out beautifully! The whole family loved it

This turned out nice, and was quick to make. I used seasoning salt instead of regular salt and added a tiny bit of garlic powder. Also, after I took the finished chops out. I used a little corn starch and put the pot on Sauté again to make a bit of gravy. Would make again
