simple and straightforward recipe. it came out very delicious, I can see this becoming a staple in my house

I’m giving it a 3 as I got the burn message. I used a whole can of chicken broth & a whole 28oz jar of pasta sauce so I don’t know what I did wrong? I sautéed the chicken then deglazed the pot then layered: broth, pasta sauce, chicken, & added some dry pasta on top. No stirring. The taste was good but it definitely needs seasoning well & various herbs & spices adding depending on your pasta sauce. I did a high pressure cook for 8 mins, is a low pressure better? I don’t know?

This was unexpectedly delicious and easy!
I followed Jan Boyett’s recommendation of filleting the chicken breasts, seasoned with lawry’s garlic salt + dried basil/oregano + red pepper flakes. Browned the chicken on sauté mode, then added Rao’s 28oz of marinara sauce along with 1/2C chicken broth and dried pasta. After it was done cooking in the instapot, I put it in a casserole, sprinkled parm and mozzarella on top - finished it in the oven on a high broil to brown. *Chef’s kiss!*

Super easy and quick after a busy day. My family loved it and all agreed to have it again!!

It was super easy but like other people said not super flavorful. You want to season the chicken well and use a good flavorful sauce especially if you plan to use the leftover for pasta. We had large chicken breasts that were probably a pound each so I only used two. This is a good starter recipe that can easily be altered to your tastes. I also put in a whole jar of sauce because I was worried it would burn like other people mentioned. All in all it was good and my family seemed happy with it.

Family loved it said it should be added to the repertoire going forward! Season your chicken as normal for flavor!

This recipe is so ridiculously easy to make. Yes, good to cook when you're feeling lazy. Tastes good too 👍🏼

It’s was fantastic, but I would add a few more spices. Maybe I’ll try some garlic and seasoned salt with the Italian spices next time

Pretty good. It needed a little more flavour in the actual chicken-I would probably add garlic in to the initial saute. Otherwise, it was a hit!

It was indeed lazy and last minute but it came out incredibly well. I used four boneless, skinless chicken thighs instead of three chicken breasts and it fit well in my 6 quart Instant Pot. I also let it sauté and reduced the sauce after it was done pressure cooking. We are definitely putting it in the mealtime rotation.

it gets points for being relatively quick but the sauce turns to soup of course. I fished out the chicken, arranged in a baking dish, poured another jar over and melted the cheese under the broiler. not bad but id find another recipe if your goal is to not use the oven.

Super easy. Be sure to use good quality spaghetti sauce or marinara. After you brown the chicken, let the pot cool before you put the sauce in and layer with chicken. Otherwise, your Instant Pot might claim to be burning (the sauce) and shut down which has happened to me a few times.

Look, this recipe is designed to be quick, easy, and tasty, not gourmet. It was good, not great. We'll have it again, but maybe we'll use fresh mozzarella and we'll doctor up the sauce a bit. I'm giving it 4 stars because it does a good job accomplishing it's goal. We had it on spaghetti.

I have a 3 quart Instant Pot so I could only fit 2 breasts in it but it turned out very delicious. Great bachelor meal with a salad.

Great recipe, loved it. i did add mushrooms, red onion, and mini peppers to the instant pot.

This is the first thing that I made in the instant pot and it was amazing! We did use an entire jar of sauce and we boiled some spinach noodles to pair it! Turned out delicious!

Tastes amazing! Chicken was a little dry but if you add extra sauce on top of the chicken, it’s fine

This turned out delicious for the 1st attempt. I love how quick and easy it was. It's what I would consider a good base recipe. You can alter it in so many ways and that nobody would get sick of it.

For a first time cooking with an Instant Pot, this recipe was hard to follow. The chicken came out slightly dry and tough on the bottom, but the sauce came out amazingly. My family loved it, and I can’t wait to try again and tweak it to make it even better.

Really tasty! Super basic so there's plenty to play with on revisits. Next time i think I'll season the chicken a little more, but overall it was very good and VERY easy.
