Excellent! I didn’t have coconut aminos so used half and half soy sauce and chicken broth instead. A bit sweet. Would cut coconut sugar in half. Also didn’t have pepper flakes so used Berbere powder instead (½ tsp). My wife loved it! Will make again served it with white rice and broccoli.

This was very good, highly recommend. Forgot to get coconut sugar, googled a substitute, found out 1/8th of a cup of honey=2 cups coconut sugar
