This was REALLY good - Instant pot for the win. I made a TON of extra gravy to go with this. HUGE success!!!

The thighs were delicious and the gravy just added to the flavor. Will definitely make again.

Really good! And the gravy was a great touch for the “smashed potatoes” I made as well. For sure will make again
