We had to do a bit of adjustment to the recipe. We got the "burn" notice a couple of times when following instructions to a T. Therefore, we shortened some of the times and added more liquid to avoid it happening. Otherwise, it tasted really good.
I don’t own an instant pot so I used my crockpot instead. I used beef stew meat and sour cream instead of Greek yogurt and it was delicious. I just threw all the ingredients in and cooked it on high for about five hours, adding the cooked egg noodles about a half hour before serving. It was a hit.

Followed the recipe to the letter, Instapot kept giving me a Burn notice. Also the meat was not tender or flavorful enough.

Super easy to make, more time consuming than I Expected. The flair was good, I think it would be better if it was more creamy, though family liked it

Turned out great. Really flavorful. Instead of the Greek yogurt, I used sour cream and instead of beef roast I used beef stew meat. Definitely a keeper.
