This recipe is a family favorite! I make it every few weeks during the winter season

Had to add a lot more salt. Seemed to to missing depth in flavor. But enjoyed it

we really enjoyed this! we found it needed a little bit more salt than the recipe called for. definitely will make again!

Tender, but too bland. I would need to add fresh garlic, more pepper, and more tomato paste....a bit less liquid too.

Excellent! Also, my first InstaPot experience, which was lessy scary than i thought it would be. I love a variety of veggies, so I swapped out half the peas for frozen corn, used NoMatoPaste for the tomasto paste, swapped 2 parsnips for 2 of the carrots, halved the potatoes & added sweet potato. To give it a little richer, "bottom note" flavor, I added a dash of cinnamon & 1/2 teaspoon of baking cocoa in the cornstarch slurry.

Not enough info in directions. I have the smaller instapot and this was way too much. Had to scoop stuff out to try and get the volume down. Overall it was still good but will have to pair down to half the ingredients next time maybe I missed it in the directions and it’s my fault… /shrug

Very good! Tweaked it by adding mushrooms, more garlic powder, some cayenne and paprika. Topped it with Yellowbird habanero sauce...delish! Will make it again!

I love this recipe! I used dried herbs and it is just as good. For an extra beefy flavour, toss in a boullion cube and enjoy

Delicious. Meat was so soft I barely had to chew and the sauce was very flavourful.
Omitted the potatoes and made mash on the side.
We had it with puff pastry which I cooked separately which made it almost like a steak pie.

Lovee this recipe, the thyme and rosemary gave it such a delicious aroma and flavor, we all had second servings!

Family liked it, easy to make. Substituted arrow root powder for corn starch. All good.

Used Worcestershire for the slurry, but followed the recipe otherwise. Everyone loved it!

Great
I added some garlic, why wouldn’t you? And cooked for 35 minutes, which was a bit too long for the veggies. But wonderful taste and meat was almost fork cutable
Didn’t use the red wine but will next time. Added a store bought Beef Stew Mix to 3 cups of water as I boiled it. Didn’t add all the fancy ingredients either. Was actually just looking for the basics of time and ingredients for an Insta Pot beef stew mix. Thanks for the recipe though
