This is very good. It is always a bit watery, but I don't mind much since it's served over rice. I like to add chickpeas, peas, and carrots. I have also made this on the stove with ground lamb.

It turned out a little watery, but serving it over rice or cauliflower rice helps. The flavor is good!

I'll be adding more veggies next time - otherwise, very good! Love how easy it was.

This smelled so good while cooking that everyone was hanging around the kitchen waiting for it to be ready. Delicious over rice!

First time ever making a curry dish. I really enjoyed it as did all the family. Will definitely make again. It needed salt and I like my curry spicy so I added the salt and cayenne pepper at the table, which is no big deal because that's more of a personal preference. I did, however, find that the gravy need thickening after the pressure release. Once again, not a big deal since all I needed to do was add 2 tbsp cornstarch in 2 tbsp cold water and stirred it in while on saute for approx 5 min.

Super easy and turned out good. Next time I'll use peeled tomatoes instead of tomato sauce. I think the tomato sauce took away a little from the curry flavor. I would also caramelized the onions first on saute mode then add garlic and some ginger at the end. Then I would add the meat and continue with recipe. If you like a little spice I would also add some chile powder.
