Absolutely delicious! Made it in an instapot & added pepper jack cheese it had a very nice subtle kick

This recipe feeds an army. Make sure you have a 6qt pan to cook it in. I had a 4 qt pan and it wasn’t large enough and I ended up having to separate it in two. Needless to say, it came out dry and I had to add more milk to make it creamier. I’d suggest cutting it in half for a family of 4 and adding more milk than the recipe calls for. I’ll pass on making this one again.

Added ribbed pork chunks with crispy fried onions. Will make this again, family loved it.

I don’t think I did it right, it wasn’t that’s great. Usually I just freestyle when I make Mac and it’s usually pretty good. I’m not an egg person I guess. But I’ll try the recipe once more before I bail on it completely

I would definitely make it again! I cut the recipe in half and it still made an insane amount! Be careful, if you don’t have a bunch of mouths to feed, you could be eating Mac and cheese for days
