Everyone raves over these individual-sized crispy yet creamy potato stacks. The recipe is a Yummly original created by Sara Mellas.


  • 2 tablespoons butter (softened)
  • 1 1/2 pounds yukon gold potatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • black pepper (to taste)
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 ounce grated Parmesan cheese (1 oz. is about 1/3 cup)
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme (leaves only)

    It turned out well. The potatoes turned out beautiful and tasted good but once you eat the top layer off the bottom is a little plain. I think next time I'll add cheese in between the layers.

    Delicious. I definitely used more seasoning, and my potatoes were teeny tiny, but it was still great! I would use more cream next time because it was that good 😍

    Easy and decent. A bit hard to clean up from the muffin tins.
    It was ok. A bit messy to get out of the holes. I got a 7/10 from fam!!
