    Really good! I would definitely recommend adding some sort of chili or other hot pepper though. I didn’t, and the dish definitely could have used it.

    I made this last night and it was a hit. I served it with a Lamb curry made from leftover lamb roast over brown basmati rice and with roasted turmeric cauliflower. The only thing that would have mad the dinner better was some fresh naan (new thing to learn) Palak Paneer has long been a favorite of mine. I like the paneer but it isn’t the main draw; the spinach and seasoning is. So this was perfect. This recipe is a keeper....

    I’ve made this recipe several times. Easy and delicious. The seasoning is great. Only changes I’ve made is to add more vegetables (grated zucchini, thinly sliced red pepper and grated carrot). I serve this with Chicken Korma, jasmine rice and naan bread.
