    This is a hit! The listed ingredients are great, however, I added a spinkle of pink Himalayan Sea Salt and added lemon grass stalk to buff up the flavor. Sooo good!

    This is so good! I added a heaping tsp of garam masala and it turned out fantastic . This is a great dish for someone that may be getting just introduced to Indian spices as it is not overpowering and it is easy to make. I highly recommend!

    Delicious! I actually substituted tofu for chickpeas and added mushrooms, and it tasted amazing!!!! I will definitely be making this a regular meal in my house and trying some variations.

    Delicious, quick and easy specially for the amount of time given! I would cook a bit longer so it’s thicker next time. I used diced tomatoes since I didn’t have what the recipe called for so next time I will try as per the recipe and add garam masala and maybe mushrooms. Yum!

    Tastes delicious, but you really have to cook it longer if you want it to be a thicker curry like in the picture

    So good, everyone loved it and was very impressed :) I simmered it uncovered for about 20 mins instead of 10 to make it a little bit thicker.

    This was pretty good, I was missing the curry powder but used creole seasoning instead and it still came out nice. I paired it with green tomatoes instead of rice. Yummy

    This is one of my favorite vegetarian recipes! I sub sweet potatoes for onions and add dash of tumeric and cinnamon to make it low FODMAP.
