    A lot of prep but worth it my family loved the meal! It calls for bay leaf but instructions don’t say when to add. I added with cream and let simmer. First time having butter chicken it was Delicious!!! Will make again

    I enjoyed it. My husband wasn’t as big of a fan. Said there was nothing to it. It is a pretty hands on recipe. Give yourself time for prepping

    It turned out pretty well. It tasted quite citrus like or very ginger like. I couldn't put my finger on it. It could be the way I prepared it but I liked it none the less.

    I made a vegetarian version of it but adding paneer instead of chicken and water instead of chicken broth. It tasted as yummy as butter chicken. This is my favorite recipe for butter chicken.

    Good and full of flavor but a little too much work to pull it together when using one of those Patak's bottles does just as good a job. Didn't wash out saute pan before adding chicken and didn't have any issues. My family loved it.

    Really good recipe! Didn't have cardamom or coriander so substituted with tandoori masala and it came out great! Will definitely be making again!
