My family and I liked it. I’ve never had Butter Chicken before so I don’t know if It was traditional, but I liked it and will make it again.

very good. added extra garam marsala, made cilantro rice, subbed tomato paste w/ cornstarch/water. turned out great just didn't have all ingredients

I altered some items and doubled the recipe.
1st I used a garlic and ginger mixed paste.
2nd I used ghee instead of butter.
3rd Put over steamed Kale not rice. (keto)
Next time Ill butter and fresh garlic and ginger.
I can tell that butter, fresh garlic and ginger would have made a better difference.
The smell amd taste is awesome. The recipe is easy.
Not sure what type of butter I should have used salted or unsalted and chicken broth salted or unsalted.
Now for the messy photo. Should have taken it in my first bowl with the cilantro on it.

I doubled the recipe, I think the portion size is a bit smaller than what I normally make but it was very good!

Delicious!!! Added 1 tsp fenugreek. Next time I would use 1 tsp less ginger and leave the jalapeno ribs and seeds for a little extra heat. Takes a minute but highly recommended!

It was good. I don’t care for Indian food but my husband like it. He said that it should of had Greek yogurt or coconut milk, instead of whipping cream.. and a little more spice.

Very good. Worth all the steps. Split half the sauce and added to the chicken, kept some to the side to make a vegetarian Budda bowl for me. Very tasty.

This was an easy recipe. As someone who loves Indian food, this wasn’t my favorite. I might play with things a little to let the chicken marinate in something a little more flavorful.

This recipe is better than the local Indian Restaurant! It's very easy to make and WAY too easy to eat.
