Reduce light soy sauce to 1/4 c cuz it was very salty. Reduce brown sugar to 1/3 cup or less cuz low carb diet. So tender with that silky gravy. Quick and easy dinner.

This was so easy and delicious. I used only about half of the brown sugar and low sodium soy sauce. We didn’t find it to be too salty at all.

way too salty. I didn't use any rice vinegar, because it was not listed in the ingredient list, so I didn't see it when I went shopping. maybe that was the problem.

Great taste! First time to make and I definitely cut the meat too thin but even with that, delicious

Used regular soy sauce instead of lite and found it to be really salty! Also, rice wine is mentioned in the directions but not on the ingredient list so it's not clear how much of that to add.

Very good. Doubled the pepper flakes (cuz we like spicy). Husband was able to tell what it was right away. Definitely a keeper.

Pretty good, would make again for sure! It was very saucy which I love. Didnt deviate from the recipe at all

Absolutely delicious. Doubled the recipe using approx. 2lbs of meat. Substituted apple cider vinegar for rice vinegar. Amazing and delicious and will make again.

*chefs kiss* i doubled the recipe and did 1 cup of brown sugar total. i served it with sesame blistered green beans and a quick lo mein i threw together. the lo mein was packaged seaweed shi ramyun noodles (no seasonings from the package). in a mix of avocado and sesame oil i sauteed yellow onions, garlic, and carrots and then tossed in the drained, cooled, and kind of dried noodles and topped that off with just enough soy sauce to coat the noodles and the veggies. i also did a couple passes around the pot with a sprinkle of white pepper. i could complain about the excess of sauce from the beef i have left over, but i'm going to freeze it and throw it on something else later on.

It was delicious and my family loved it. Next time I will use more beef and cook for a couple extra minutes

Great! Super tender meat, perfect! I used runder bief lap, and kept to the recipe except using onlu 40 grams of soy and 20 grams of rice wine and 15 grams of honey. Served it with roasted grapes on sweet potatoes with goats cheese and some red peppers on the side.

Excellent! The beef was extremely tender and flavorful. I served it over brown rice.
