    These are delicious! So easy to make! I followed the recipe and sprinkled a little salt on top after they were done. Served with Vegan Southwest Sweet Potato Chili! If you want them sweeter I suppose you could add sugar. You could also maybe add a dollop of butter to the oil if you wanted more buttery flavor.

    This is an excellent recipe!!! So easy to make too! I added garlic, onion and parsley to the cornmeal mixture and made a garlicky spread to eat it with. It’s crunchy on the outside and kind of creamy on the inside with the creamy spread, absolutely delicious!!! 😊
