It came out good, I also substituted the white wine vinegar for acv with no issue! I added the 2 tbs of flour for a thicker sauce and it made a great finish to the tender pork chops. I will say it reminded me a lot of a Salisbury steak, but it was still delicious.

I liked it a lot. My husband who is not a huge fan of pork liked it too. I think I would have added a little more honey and added a little more to the rub. It definitely seemed like it was missing something.

Made these for dinner last night - had to double the recipe, but this is a keeper. It was delicious & easy to make.

This was very delicious. I used thinner pork chops and pressure cooked for 2 minutes less with a 10 minute natural release. Seasoning was spot on. Excellent
