Fantastic recipe! I doubled the sauce as many others did, but I went a bit freehand and added too much soy sauce. Came out VERY salty. I'd also recommend that you brush the cauliflower with the sauce rather than pouring it over, it was just too much sauce and we made our rice bed quite wet. I suggest keeping the leftover sauce as a dip.

Very tasty! I doubled the sauce, but I think it would have been even better with a bit more sauce. I put it over brown basmati rice and topped it with cashews and green onions. I would definitely make it again

Delicious!!! It was super easy to make and such a sweet flavor to the cauliflower.
