    I have a terrible sweet tooth and I LOVE sugar, but these were too much. I will definitely make again but will cut the filling and icing down by half (I have never done that before) because I don't want to end up in a diabetic coma.

    This cake was moist, fluffy, and delicious. My hubby and I loved it. Because of a few reviews, I used less powdered sugar than the recipe called for so the glaze wouldn’t be too sweet. I used about 1 and 1/3 cup. It worked perfectly!! I also sprinkled a few pecans on top before baking it just because I like a little crunch from time to time and I had a few unused from another recipe, so why not. Excellent dessert!!

    My church members raved about how this cake was good and moist. even though I put a cup of brown sugar with the tablespoon of cinnamon, I only used about half because I didn't want it too sweet in addition to the icing. Also, I used vanilla almond milk just in case anyone had questions about using an alternative. I believe it's better than regular milk. Definitely on my list of cakes to make again

    This cake is so easy to make and it is absolutely delicious! I made it for my husband and he raved about it to the people at his job—so much so he had to take some into work with him just to keep the peace. LOL Just one note, I followed the recipe exactly except for the type of cake pan. I used a 9 inch round spring pan. It took one hour instead of the 40 minutes suggested in the recipe.

    Good but I put the confectionary sugar mixed in with the brown sugar by accident it came good but didn’t put icing on it it was sweet enough !! But the cake is still delicious!!!
