    So easy and oh so good. We had an 8oz pack of cremini mushrooms, so I cut the recipe in half and paired it with pork chops. Definitely will make again.

    It’s a great recipe! I did remove the mushrooms once they had simmered in sauce awhile and were well coated because I noticed the sauce wasn’t reducing well with the liquid from the mushrooms. I reduced the sauce a bit alone and reintroduced it to the mushrooms....easy fix!
