Love these meatballs! They r pretty easy to make & always come out delicious! One of my daughters favorites. I usually double the recipe & add 1 lb of pork with the 1lb of beef.

I used the basis of the recipe with a few alterations. the meatballs were very juicy and I loved the use of bread instead of breadcrumbs. It gave my meatbals a great moisture. A great recipe.

They came out great, was a little nervous on how they would taste because I usually cook them in a pan.

Delicious 😋 Nice and moist, super quick to make, simple. Fast and easy dinner! Will definitely make this again.
I only had finely grated parmesan but I don’t think it made a difference. I’m thinking of adding cheddar or another type of cheese and a little less parmesan because the taste is a little overpowering. Also will be adding more spices and then I think it would be perfect for my taste.

Nice but I think I needed more salt but will definitely do again with a bit of salt to taste was in the over for more like 25mins due to the size

Ooooo good stuff. I used 2 slices of fresh Silver Hills Brown bread for the bread.. and made all to a T to the recipe. No where on the recipe noted the cooking temp. I had to google it. So 400 degrees for 20 min was perfect. I made sure they were quite small so I could put into my Italian Wedding Soup (found on Yummly here) Excellent recipe. Will do again.

I definitely had to cook longer than the suggested time but they heard together great. I added some cream cheese which made it a little richer! Delicious!

Substituted Italian bread crumbs for bread and skipped the parmesan cheese, added the meatballs to sauce from a jar but it still was tasty. milk and egg combo really keeps it moist. Thanks.
