Very easy to follow. I was just in the mood for large meatballs and this hit the spot, and I had all the ingredients on hand! And…they were absolutely delicious!

I thought these meatballs had a nice texture and were easy to make. However, flavorless. I think they need a CB lot more cheese and seasoning. The basic recipe is good but needs a little help.

Mixed in spicy ground beef with regular ground beef and a sleeve of ritz crackers instead of bread as well as some Italian seasoning blend. Turned out great! Thanks

Love these meatballs! They r pretty easy to make & always come out delicious! One of my daughters favorites. I usually double the recipe & add 1 lb of pork with the 1lb of beef.

I used the basis of the recipe with a few alterations. the meatballs were very juicy and I loved the use of bread instead of breadcrumbs. It gave my meatbals a great moisture. A great recipe.

They came out great, was a little nervous on how they would taste because I usually cook them in a pan.

Delicious 😋 Nice and moist, super quick to make, simple. Fast and easy dinner! Will definitely make this again.
I only had finely grated parmesan but I don’t think it made a difference. I’m thinking of adding cheddar or another type of cheese and a little less parmesan because the taste is a little overpowering. Also will be adding more spices and then I think it would be perfect for my taste.
