    Very creamy after cooking down the potatoes and ham. First sautéed onion, carrots and celery in oil, removed from pot and melted butter to make roux. Added broth, potatoes, ham, and veggies, garlic and smoked paprika which gave good flavor. Used half low fat milk and half n half ( no cream). Added cheddar and chives to each bowl. Definitely a keeper!

    Seriously delicious! I impressed myself! If you are looking for a low calorie option though, you might want to make some adjustments.

    Super easy and turned out fantastic!! I did add some carrots and celery for variety, but certainly not necessary...

    I️ doubled the recipe and only used half of the chicken broth and used milk for the remaining liquid. I️ also added two stalks of celery. Very yummy.

    Loved this!! Made with kielbasa instead of ham and it was amazing also made a substitution of milk mixed with melted butter for the heavy cream as I was out
