    I added sliced baby bella in with the onion and garlic and used the dried spice amounts as a rough guidline. Maybe I misunderstood 80z Shredded Mozzarella... I brought home fresh mozzarella pearls and decided to only use them on top. The results were amazing! We could not stop eating this dish.
