    Easy method for smooth and delicious Hollandaise. I used a bit less Dijon and ½ stick less butter and it was perfect

    Perfect. Warm pot and whisk. Must use fresh squeezed lemon and maybe add a Tbs or two heavy cream. Top your steamed broccoli or grilled asparagus... capers a plus.
    Never mixed it only seperated
