These cookies are tasty. I did have the dough in the fridge and they still flattened, even when I didn't flatten with a fork. Next time I would leave it in the fridge longer to see if it helped. I made 30 cookies with the recipe.

They seemed to spread out and flatten much more than I thought and cracked. But they tasted good!

I didnât have time to refrigerate the dough for an hour and I can see now I pressed with a fork too hard. They still taste good but I donât know if I would flatten them at all next time. Canât really see the design anyway.
