it was delicious! The blend of herbs was amazing. The only suggestion I would have is not to uncover the chicken until right before it is up to temp, otherwise the herbs tend to burn and blacken.

Made this using baby chickens for the family, turned out phenomenal.. the chicken was moist, fragrant, and delicious.. the skin was crispy! Much easier to make than i expected! Added to my go to recipes!

so so yummy. I added a half lemon and a few cloves of garlic inside the cavity and roasted some veggies on the side

Didn't have dill and used 3 cloves of garlic instead of 1 but still a good recipe

It was really nice and juicy! I added seasoned potatoes and carrots on the bottom and turned them halfway.
