The flavor was to die for!!! So amazingly succulent and delicious. I was unsure how big a sprig was so I may have overdone the rosemary and thyme but I loved it so herby. Also was unsure was "roasting temp" was so I used 375. Definitely will make this again!!!

This was an amazing rub!!! I made for my boys and they absolutely loved it. I marinated it first in all the liquids for 6 hours and put in my foodi pressure cooker for 1 hour and we all love it! Will also make a grate sauce for a stir fry.

This was delicious! I cooked it at 350 f for 1 hour and added a little hot water to the pan. It moist and tender inside with that wonderful crust on the outside!
