I am 'hooked' on heavenly halibut! I put it on grill with foil edge and use
cooking oil. Last few minutes I add sauce. My favorite fish dish.

Really enjoyed this! Served with lemon herbed rice, green beans and homemade garlic bread!

I might’ve cooked it a few minutes longer than recipe called for but flavor gets an okay. It’s a child’s topping minus the hotsauce so naturally you’ll love it. But when consider the price of Halibut, it’s best to stick to the garlic butter sauces.

Delicious sauce! Didn't have green onion, used chives from the yard. Didn't have good Parmesan, used the little bit left of the powdery canned sprinkle parm and generously supplemented with some freshly grated, white Vermont Extra Sharp Cheddar. And pan seared it in butter until pretty much done before adding sauce and broiling. Superb!
