This is my main vegan chili recipe. Last time I did it, I used cashew nuts instead of wallnuts and it was great too!

Love it! Easy to make, the chopped walnuts give good texture, I add whatever other vegetables I have to hand.

This recipe was so good and so easy to follow. I read on a review that someone said it did not have much seasoning so I went ahead and added chili seasoning. I am not a fan of walnuts but I still added them and could not even taste them. I will definitely make this again!

Delectably delicious, when I make it (and that is often) it is always met with enthusiasm

This chili was enjoyable. Can’t say the walnuts made me think of meat, but a nice variation.

I didn't have fire-roasted tomatoes, so I used fire-roasted peppers and fresh tomato. I also added some chili powder. It came out really good! My girlfriend happily asked for seconds, the real test. I'm adding this to my list.

Fantastic and simple. I added a few ingredients of my own, and it turned out really well!
Added:
Vegan Beef-less Crumbles
Chili powder
Onion and Garlic powder
Cayenne pepper
As well as some white agave nectar to sweeten it up a bit.
With our homemade cornbread this chili was really tasty!

Amazing, can’t believe what a great substitute to a meat chili. I myself use to be a hug meat eater, these is my new go to for chili. Even my picky 6 & 7 year old eat it I recommend to anyone and everyone.

It is absolutely delicious. Nobody knew it was vegan. Wow!!!!!!! I used half a jalapeño because mine was super hot. It is so good and I’m irritated I didn’t double it. I will definitely make again and pass along to family n friends!!!

Turned out so good! Even better the next day. My husband really liked it too. I followed the recipe closely except i added extra garlic, cumin and red pepper flakes. Definitely recommend!

very good but needed more seasoning. I added TBSP chili powder, 2 tbsp dark maple syrup and some smoked salt.

It was good! I used larger proportions of all seasonings, and I also added a bit of brown sugar to cut the acidity.

This recipe is a good base. Lime juice is the key. I also doubled garlic, onions, walnuts, tomato paste, jalapeño and cumin. I added a spoon full of organic maple syrup, added teaspoon of chipotle Chile pepper, 1 lime juice, green pepper, sub vegetable stock for water and a dash of salt. It was amazing!
