Delicious! We ate them still warm with the icing dripping off our fingers! I didn’t put the yogurt in, partly because I didn’t have any, and partly because I’ve never used yogurt in sweet buns before and wasn’t sure how it would affect the flavor - but possibly in my ignorance I denied us something even more scrumptious? I did everything by hand, a mixer isn’t a necessity. I make hot cross buns and pizza quite a lot so I’m used to mixing and kneading dough. The hardest part is getting the rectangle of dough an even thickness and the corners squarish before applying the cinnamon and rolling.
