Bland, bland, bland.. Those are the previous comments. After taking a closer look at the recipe, it doesn't call for salt or pepper.. Those two seasonings make a huge difference. I added salt, pepper, onion powder, thyme and rather than garlic powder, I used minced garlic (roughly a teaspoon of each). I gave it three stars because of the lack of salt an pepper, anyone should know those two are a must for all cooking.

While this was definitely super easy to make, it was incredibly bland. I had read that in previous reviews so I added a ton more seasoning. Even with the extra seasoning it tasted like a bland sour hunk of chicken with cheese on top. Will not be making it again.

the flavor was pretty bland and slightly tangy (from the artichoke). overall we didn't like it, but may revisit the comments to see if we can improve the flavor profile.

This could use a boost in flavor.... After reading the reviews, I added the fresh garlic, a spicer mustard, pepper, oregano and Cheddar Chese. I think I would stuff some of the mixture in the chicken or cut the chicken into smaller pieces so that it soaked up more of the flavor.

It was scrumptious! I seasoned the chicken with Adobo seasoning and used sour cream instead of plain yogurt; and minced garlic instead of garlic powder. I also added in some sharp white cheddar cheese in addition to the mozzarella

Very enjoyable. Easy to make. Might add one slice munster or Swiss to mozzarella to add a little more cheesy flavor

My husband loved this! Very easy to prepare. I followed the recipe without variation. The chicken was a little bland, next time I would season the chicken with salt and pepper prior to spreading the topping.

Fantastic! Easy healthy and yummy! I was generous with the mustard and onion powder and used non-fat Choboni Greek yogurt. I’ve made it a couple times and always a big hit!

it was okay, a little bland. easy recipe, not too expensive, my kids were not a fan, but it was okay to me

It tastes just ok- I wouldn't make it again though. Definitely requires additional flavor through more mustard or using marinated artichoke hearts

Wasn’t too good, too much artichoke fore sure but over all not that great and I won’t be making it again!

Though it tasted good, if I make it again, I will use shredded mozzarella instead of slices. I felt the sliced mozzarella was tough

I thought there was way too much artichoke. It kind of tasted "sour" to me. But people who are big fans of artichoke will probably like it.

Great! Used salt and pepper on chicken before I put on the spinach mixture. I added extra Dijon and fresh garlic instead of powdered and used crème fraîche and sour cream instead of yogurt in the mixture and used thick slices of mozzarella on top.it was delicious but not low calorie

This recipe is pretty good, it needs a little more flavor in my opinion! But I’d definitely make it again :)

Loved this recipe! I only regret not doubling it because it was so good and we would have liked leftovers! Will definitely make again.

You can't taste the dijon very much, next time i would add more. I had to salt it to make it taste better. If I were to make this again, I would have either marinated the chicken first or seasoned it before putting on the toppings.
