Delicious and easy, perfect for a week of meal prep! Added scallops for some more protein and it turned out perfect! Will definitely be making it again.

Hubby really liked it. I would use a little more garlic and Italian seasoning next time. Will make it again.

This was a quick, easy and yummy meal. I didn't have enough spinach so I used kale as well and it tasted great. The sauce is entirely tomato based so I recommend paying a bit extra for the higher quality canned tomatoes or using fresh (although that would obviously take longer). I will definitely make again.

I turned out really good, specially since it was my first time handling meat. I did replace the shrimps with chicken and it tasted really good too.
