It was absolutely delicious! I used a 12oz a bag of cauliflower, broccoli and carrots, added 5 small potatoes and some asparagus. I also doubled the butter to 6 tablespoons and baked it for 25 min. (The potatoes weren’t done in 15 min.) Also sprinkled a little lemon and herb Old Bay seasoning on the fish, tho probably not necessary. I thought that 2 cloves of garlic might be too much, but it was very mild. Very aromatic. Next time I’ll add a little more salt. I will definitely make this again!

It was really good. Next time I think I’d put the veggies in for ten minutes then as the fish and ’d double the butter part.

It was really good and easy. Next time I make it I will double the ingredients around the fish to make more for a sauce around it

it was yummy. I put the fish in some marinade and sauteed the veggies for a little bit so they would be soft after a baked them and the fish.

I made it with coconut oil and had broccoli as the vegetable. I will definitely make again!

Delicious.
Didn't have zucchini or asparagus, so used green beans instead and had a bit of rice too. Loved the garlic spread.
