    Love this! To the sauce I added a 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes & a 1/4 teaspoon of almond extract. For the veggies, I sauteed onion, broccoli, carrots, red pepper, celery & mushrooms. When the dish was done cooking, I added a tablespoon of tahini for a creamy texture. It was perfect! Next time I will probably omit the lime zest & use tofu instead of chicken.

    I’m eating it right now and WOW super easy and I used bagged rice and microwave steamed green beans! I also precut the chicken before I cooked it (so it would be faster) and it is great! Def will make again! Thank you!

    This turned out great and it was easy to prepare. I added the cooked green beans to the sauce and chicken at the end! Kids loved it too which is always a plus!
