    I am trying this today myself. My sister-in-law made it on Sunday and it was absolutely delicious to the point she had to go back and make more because we had eaten at all.

    These were very good, I did not use rosemary , I used hay’s seasoning salt and onion powder. It’s the crunch that makes this recipe so delicious.

    I didn’t have fresh anything but dried worked fine. Added some parsley too. I cut my potatoes thin so they would cook faster. Probably shouldn’t have left them in so long. Still so good though.

    I baked mine a little longer to give more of a crust. Turned out great! Excellent flavor and texture.
