    It was very good! I used red and yellow peppers, broccoli, zucchini, carrots and onions. The kids even ate it!

    Made this using yams, kumera, carrots, corn, peas, upped the eggs to 5, added pasta, blue cheese, and breadcrumbs and paprika to the top. Very popular with the family, even the meatlovers!
