    Flavor wise, it was very tasty. But texturally, it was lacking. I think it was my fault. I used pre-shredded rotisserie chicken from ALDI to save some prep time…I chose poorly. Next time I will buy a whole rotisserie chicken and shred it myself.

    Quite good! I knew I should have sprayed the glass casserole dish with oil first before layering ingredients though. I will next time!
