Turned out great! We cooked the sweet potato in our oven for an extra 10 minutes for that crispy texture. Will definitely make again.

I overcrowded the pan so, it caused a bit of condensation. Will avoid that next time. But still flavourful. Roasted it with chicken & green beans.

Delicious! so simple yet so good, even the picky people in my family liked them.

I enjoyed these but was hoping for that crispy texture you get with a French fry. These were a little soft. The flavour was great, though! Next time I'll try using the air fryer.

So yummy and easy! I will definitely make this again & again. I used garlic powder instead of minced garlic when I took them out of the oven:)

3 1/2 stars. I followed the directions exactly except for using tin foil instead of parchment paper. The garlic burned and the fries did not get crisp, but they still tasted good.
