    Delish! I used regular whole milk, and no cream… and also used chicken stock instead of water or veggie. This will be a weekly staple! If you have a family, at least double the recipe.

    Very simple and turned out great. I substituted the cashew cream with heavy whipping, so a bit more calories, but very tasty.

    Delicious. My family really enjoyed this. I waited until they were finished to tell them it was completely vegan and they were pleasantly surprised.

    Really good. I had to triple the recipe for our family of 5 so we could just have with bread. Seemed to be easier to not form clumps with the bigger recipe too. Will be in our dinner rotation for sure!

    This soup turned out great! It was creamy and fulling. Served it with garlic bread.
