It was pretty bland. I’d add garlic, salt, and red pepper flakes next time. I liked the bell peppers crunchy.

The zucchini was not cooked at all and I should’ve read reviews first to double the sauce and sauté the veggies it was ok but my husband and son didn’t eat more then a couple bites will not make again

fried chicken with bit of italian spice. added mushrooms, onions and garlic. these were sauteed with one pepper, zucchini salt/pepper to taste. tasted meal thru each step for spicing. probably used 9 oz pasta instead of 7 oz. husband enjoyed, would have again.

This was really yummy... however I read the reviews on their page so I made the following changes: subbed rice for pasta (we aren’t pasta eaters), added onion which I carmelized and added a cloves of garlic, added salt, and used 2% milk because that’s what we drink. I also seasoned and baked the chicken. It was a big hit and we will make it again!

It was very good. I took the advice of others and seasoned everything well and sauteed the veggies. I'll definitely make again.

Turned out great BUT it is not a meal if you don’t have an hour to prepare...it would be wonderful to be able to prepare 90% in the oven rather than cooking the chicken then the sauce and the pasta and veggies Then baking for 30-35 mins

Taste okay but the amount of sauce was absolutely not enough. Nothing like the picture shows!

It was very delicious. I did season the chicken when I cooked it. I also sautéed garlic in the butter to add more flavor to the sauce. I did add extra Italian seasoning. I like robust flavors. Next time I make this recipe, I will sauté the peppers. The texture was a little off since everything else was soft. Overall a very good dish.

I really liked this! I didn’t find it bland, as some of the other reviews stated, but I did find it a bit dry. I will make it again and double the “white sauce” recipe (I know it will be less healthy that way, but I still want to see how it tastes with more sauce).

After reading the comments about the bland taste and looking at the ingredients, its easy to tell there is no salt in the recipe. Maybe this is why its called healthy? Anyway I added salt to mine and chicken bouillon cubes in the white sauce and it was very good.

The recipe was better when we added a lot more cheese, because in reality it looks absolutely nothing like the picture.
