So very good! The sauce makes it stand out. A few tweaks I made, more fresh mint and marinated the chicken for a few hours with the same rub but added some evo and fresh lemon juice to tenderize the meat. I plan on making batches for packed work lunches next.

Made this for dinner on a very hot day in Arizona. Was a nice cool dinner and the sauce is amazing. Will be adding to our menu.

This was delicious! It turned out so good, one of the best recipes i’ve found for healthy bowls... I didn’t have all the ingredients for the sauce so it turned out differently— still good but if I had everything i’m sure it would be even better.

I didn’t have tahini, so I used a bit of sesame seed oil instead and it was delicious! Much better than I had expected

This is one of the best meals I've ever had! The sauce is spectacular and really ties the whole meal together.

I would give this a full 5 stars. It's not the quickest of weeknight meals but I'm okay with that - the cauliflower rice certainly cooks much more quickly than regular rice. I didn't marinate the chicken but I didn't feel I was missing out with the rice and yogurt sauce adding great flavour to this dish. I will definitely make this again. If you haven't tried cauliflower rice before, I'll note that it doesn't get mushy; it has a great texture. We didn't miss the 'real' rice at all.

I love, love, LOVE this yogurt sauce! Subbed 2% greek instead of 0% yogurt and added low fat feta cheese. So good!

This was amazing!! Probably one of the best dishes I've found via Yummly. the chicken is super tasty and tender (saute pan covered with foil, 5-7 minutes per side for a small, thin breast) and the spiced greek yogurt sauce was the perfect accompaniment. Will probably do farro instead of the cauliflower rice, but just because the husband misses the carbs. The flavor or the cauliflower rice is actually quite good.

The spices are amazing with both rice and chicken. Easy to make. Used store bought tahini yogurt

This was delicious! I added 1/2 teaspoon turmeric and some salt to the seasoning for the chicken. Seasoned chicken and let it marinate in fridge for several hours before cooking. Will definitely make again.
