This is a delicious recipe! I made it almost to specifications - I doubled the recipe and ran out of yogurt, so I added some mayonnaise as well and that really made the mix pop! I also just eyeballed how much chicken I added since I don’t have a scale to measure ounces. Other than those modifications, I used the rest of the recipe as directed (doubled to last the week) and it turned out great!! :)

i reccomend letting the mixed salad set for at least 30 minutes before serving.
to allow the flavors to marinate.
simple, healthy && delicious.

This was easy and healthy. I never thought of using anything other than mayo or a butter sauce to make chicken salad with but the Greek yogurt was a delicious and healthy alternative.
