tasty overall i didn’t have any of the other spices so i just amped up the cinnamon and it was great

Needs more baking time, but otherwise perfect.
I have silicone muffin cups, so this might affect the time. We leave out the raisins, substitute brown sugar for the honey, and sour cream for the Greek yogurt. I’d like to bump up the ginger in the next batch.
This uses a bunch of carrots, and I triple and freeze some for quick breakfasts.

It turned out well, the flavor is a tad bland but overall it is really good. I had vanilla Greek yogurt and skipped the vanilla extract so I think that’s the culprit

Didn't have all of the ingredients but they were easy to switch out. Not very sweet which made it acceptable to be a breakfast item, snack, or appetizer.

These were delicious!
Saw a number of comments saying that its not sweet enough, but thats fine with me. I dont care for sweets much, So between the honey and light dusting of sugar on top it was enough.

This was ok. I added dried cranberries which was good bc they helped to sweeten. I did add walnuts, pecans, and pepitas to mine. My husbands half of the recipe I did not. I did use the recommended 425 degrees at 13 minutes but bc of the other reviews I left it in the oven an additional 4 mins. I found them to be dry. If I make this again. I will only bake for 13 minutes per the recipe. The turbindo sugar on top was needed. I might add a 1/2 cup brown sugar next time as well to help sweeten.

pretty decent for my first attempt. Swapped out raisins for cranberries and syrup for honey, but overall prettu good 👌

I made these as my healthy option to go with Easter trays containing other sweets. I followed the recipe but made them as 24 mini-muffins (cook 10 min at 375 deg) and sprinkled brown sugar on top before baking instead of the turbinado sugar. I thought they were really good tasty little treats!

DELICIOUS MUFFIN!!! Consistency beautiful - not heavy or rubbery!! And I love they are not too sweet or greasy 😝. Most importantly made with all natural ingredients 😊 They're lit!!!
