  • 2 tart apples (large, peeled, cored and shredded)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded carrots (finely)
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (or flaxseed meal)

  • 1/2 cup milk (I used almond milk)

    It was pretty good - I subbed 2 bananas for eggs and oat milk instead of cows milk. It was really good !

    Great! I used GF flour, coconut sugar (less than the recipe). They were chunky with apples, raisins and carrots 😊😊
