Came out really delicious. You know it's good when you can get a super picky eater tell you it is really good

So quick & easy! I added 1/4 teaspoon of thyme, 1/4 teaspoon of oregano, 1/8 teaspoon of allspice & some red pepper flakes. I used mushrooms, tomatoes, parsley & parmesan cheese. (I love how the flavor combinations are endless.) Will definitely make these on a regular basis.

Awesome , such a great idea . I swapped out the onions for green bell peppers

Added Scoop of cottage cheeses & diced ham, sautéed onion and green pepper and cooked for 30 minutes in pie dish....amazing!

The fluffiness fell once they were out of the oven for a minute. They were good, could use some extra seasoning or maybe bacon to give them more flavor but good and healthy!

This was quite tasty. I added extra spinach, substituted cheddar for pepperjack and added a couple pieces of chopped bacon. The whole family liked it!

Awesome, easy and fun. We added a little diced mushrooms and bacon. A dash of herbes de provence took the flavor over the top!

good idea but not worth the hassle if you don’t have large muffin tins. one or even two doesn’t fill you up so definitely double. also recommend using muffin liners as even though I greased the pan, they didn’t come out very easily and it was super hard to clean afterwords. Yummy flavors but in my experience a lot of work for a tiny bite

Delicious! I added avo on top as well as a bit of cream cheese/cottage cheese I had it for lunch with salad but also had one for breakfast. Highly recommend.

Really good! Love the green onion and avocado. Will definitely make it again, but double the recipe. 6 isn't enough.

Had to sub regular milk for almond, and sprinkled extra cheese and chopped tomato on top after removing from oven. Very good, need to add some red pepper to spice it up next time.

My first time trying & the entire family enjoyed it and ask for seconds. I did 8 eggs though to increase the amount.

It was good. I added about a half of a tablespoon of Frank’s hot sauce and I used petite diced tomatoes instead of fresh tomatoes.
