These are really light and fluffy. I used coconut sugar on top. They’re a tiny bit bland so I will probably add more spice next time and chocolate chips like someone else suggested

Definitely need walnuts/chocolate chips/turbinado sugar to make these exciting. Don’t be afraid to fill to the top of the cups either because they didn’t rise very much. I used corn syrup “maple syrup” and they turned out alright but would probably be better/sweeter with real maple syrup

Easy and great tasting. I ran out of eggs and replaced with baking soda and vinegar. Delicious still!

I substituted oats for almond flour. They were a little too soft but that may also have been my fault- I think I didn’t add enough almond flour. However this recipe was so delicious ! Will make it again!

I subbed oat flour for almond flour and left out the vanilla extract since I used vanilla almond milk + vanilla protein powder added in! SO GOOD!

Good recipe! Should have baked longer than 18 minutes though, some of the muffin stuck to the wrapper.

Turned out yummy. A hearty muffin that you don’t have to feel guilty about. I also used less honey in mine and still tasted great

Tasted great! Very moist and flavorful. I used 3tbs melted butter because I did not have oil on hand

The muffins turned out moist and fluffy. I added chocolate chunks and chopped walnuts. Without them, I think the muffins may have turned out a bit bland to my taste. Still, I would make these again for the high nutritional value with relatively low fat.

The muffins were very moist, even to the point where they don’t stay together when I unwrapped them. Having said that, however, the flavor was good.

Love this recipe!! Healthy and easy to make. I added semi-sweet chocolate chips and chopped pecans to my muffins. Turned out great!
