I love simple recipes. I can taste all the ingredience in this cookie which is delightful. For those of us that don't eat much sugar the simple sweetness the banana gives is very nice. I think for next time I will wait until the banana are sweeter.

Simple. Tasty. I added peanut butter. Next time (and there will be a next time), I’m going to try adding dates.

Blah is a good word for these. They don't have a good consistency to them and the taste was very bland; I don't eat salts or sugars so that's saying a lot. I mashed the bananas by hand and ended up having to use a lot more than the recipe called for of the oats because all it made was a watery mess. The next time I made them I used flavored Quaker oats (cinnamon apple and bananas and cream) and STILL had to use more oats than the recipe said but they tasted a lot better and my kids actually ate those ones (though they still didn't like them). I would say these are good for if you're running late and need a nutritious quick breakfast on the go, these would come in handy.

Pretty blah. I guess our house just isn’t used to sugar-free gluten-free balls of stuff. Probably should stick with less healthy recipes with my guys.

Really easy to make and good flavor, but a bit “wet”. Will try a little more oatmeal next time.

These cookies are my kind of snack: more-ish, chewy, healthy, and delicious. I added 10 pitted dates (chopped) for each cup of oats. I'll soon be trying some variations, like cinnamon, vanilla extract, pecan nut, or peanuts.

Great snack! Made 1 batch with coconut flakes and another with toasted sesame seeds for different flavor options. All were good.

Kinda bland. I did it with blueberries. I'll see if my 1 yr old daughter likes it. If she does than it's a win.

I just added nutmeg, honey, vanilla extract and cinnamon and it taste amazing. Satisfed my cookie craving. I also added sunflower seed butter instead of peanut butter because thats what I had. I would use peanut butter or use unsweeten applesauce

I am obsessed with these cookies. They are healthy, satisfying and delicious. And extremely easy to make.

Very easy, but only one out of two kids liked them, even though I added chocolate chips. Will be good to keep on file when need to use up some banana.

I started out with the basic recipe, plus the walnuts as described. I was quite pleased! Quick and painless and lots of room for variation.
