    Amped up the spices in the breading with Penzey's Turkish Seasoning. Added hot sauce to the marinade... I used the preheated baking sheet trick, a 450' convection temp and used a light olive oil in the pan. My Hubster loved them & anointed the recipe to "Keeper" status.., Easy to make with plenty of time between the "steps". Thanks for sharing this recipe!
