    I enjoyed this! I opted for jasmine rice but probably would have preferred quinoa or brown rice. I did my soft boiled eggs at 8 minutes and they were perfect. The soy sauce added on top is great!

    Really easy to make and delicious! also pretty filling too, i didn’t finish my bowl.
